Refund Policy & Cancellation
Please note if the product is damaged or tampered with on arrival will be replaced with new products. If the customer wants the refund, they can contact the support team via email or phone call within 48 hours of delivery. Our Products, being consumables that have a specific and short expiration span, are non-refundable. Cancellations need to be processed from the customer’s side before the item/items are shipped. Please note that cancellation requests post-shipping aren’t entertained by us.
